The Company owned or had interests in a portfolio of approximately 201 commercial real estate properties, aggregating approximately 53.1 million net rentable square feet of primarily Class A office properties, including 11 properties under construction/redevelopment totaling approximately 4.1 million net rentable square feet.

The Company's properties consisted of 182 Office properties (including 11 properties under construction/redevelopment); 12 retail properties, six residential properties and one hotel. Its tenant base includes sectors, technology and media, legal services, and life sciences.
