Love Looks Different
Actress Anna Camp, known for her standout role in Pitch Perfect, has confirmed she's in a relationship with celebrity stylist Jade Whipkey, putting weeks of online speculation to rest.
The 42-year-old star subtly made their romance Instagram-official after reposting a heartfelt image originally shared by Whipkey. The cozy photo came with poetic lines that read: “Her smile is a poem Her eyes are roses Her laugh is music for dancing.” Camp added a bright red heart emoji, igniting a wave of reactions across social media platforms.
Fans were already piecing the clues together earlier this month when Camp posted a photo of Whipkey holding a glass of wine, cheekily captioned “DATE NIGHT.” The buzz only intensified as the post circulated on X (formerly Twitter), with many followers surprised and excited by the pairing.
But for those paying close attention, hints of their connection date back to February. The duo appeared together in a TikTok segment hosted by creator Mr. Big USA, discussing awkward past dates. When asked what she typically expects from a man on a first date, Camp replied with a smirk: “Well, I don’t expect anything anymore… because I’m dating a woman and it’s great!”
Their low-key love story has slowly unfolded online, with Camp sharing glimpses of their relationship. In March, she posted a carousel of candid moments, including a dinner snap of Whipkey, captioned: “Happiness lately happening.” Whipkey responded in the comments with a sweet “Big time happy.”
This new romance follows Camp’s two previous marriages — first to actor Michael Mosley (2010–2013), and then to Pitch Perfect co-star Skylar Astin, whom she divorced in 2019.
Outside of her personal life, Camp continues to expand her acting portfolio. Most recently, she appeared in Season 5 of Netflix’s psychological thriller You, portraying twin sisters Maddie and Regan Lockwood. Speaking about the challenging dual role, she told Marie Claire, “You get to stretch your wings in a way that’s a huge challenge, especially to have scenes with myself.”
With love blooming and career milestones stacking up, Anna Camp is clearly entering a vibrant new phase — both on and off screen.
