KLA's facilities include their global headquarters in Milpitas, California, as well as manufacturing, support and R&D facilities at multiple locations in the United States, India, Europe, Israel, Japan, and Asia/Pacific.
In June 2019, KLA announced plans to open a second US headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The facility is scheduled to open in summer 2021, and will host 500-600 new hires, around 50% of whom will be engineers.
