Biography
Mr. Dominic Murphy has served as the Co-Head of UK Investments at CVC Capital Partners, a private investment firm, since 2019.
Career
From 2017 to 2019, he served as the Founder & CEO of 8c Capital LLP, a private investment firm.
From 2005 until 2017, he was a Partner at KKR, where he was responsible for the development of the firm’s activities in the United Kingdom and Ireland, served as the head of its healthcare industry team in Europe, and served as a member of the firm’s European investment and portfolio management committees.
He was formerly a Partner at Cinven, a European-based private equity firm, from 1996 to 2004 and was an investment manager with 3i Group plc, an international investment management firm, from 1994 to 1996. From 2007 until 2015, Mr. Murphy served on the board of directors of Alliance Boots and certain of its affiliates.
He serves on the board of directors of The Hut Group Limited, a privately held company.
